The street has been renamed Enid Trail. <br />3. The configuration of the cul-de-sac, Lot 23, Block 1 Outlot C and emergency <br />access trail shall be re-evaluated. <br />a. Public Safety has concerns regarding the curve on the trail onto the cul-de- <br />sac. <br />The emergency access trail has been re -designed to eliminate the curve. The Fire <br />Division Deputy Director has reviewed and approved the trail. <br />b. The developer should discuss any interest or possibility of relocating the <br />existing driveways at 441 and 453 Birch Street onto the cul-de-sac. <br />The developer is continuing these discussions with the property owners. <br />4. The property owner at 6640 Hokah Drive shall relocate the existing driveway <br />onto Sioux Lane. <br />Detailed plans of the driveway location shall be shown on the plans. <br />5. The proposed Trail and Access Easement to Birch Street shall be a minimum of <br />40 feet wide. <br />The easement appears to be 30 feet in some locations. This shall be revised to a <br />minimum 40 feet. <br />6. A minimum 10 feet of separation shall be required between the proposed trail and <br />the existing driveway at 441 Birch Street. <br />The trail appears to be less than 10 feet from the existing driveway in some locations. <br />This shall be revised. <br />7. Truck turning template shall be provided for the "boulevard loop" at the north of <br />Sioux Lane. <br />The truck turning template has been reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. <br />8. Due to the unique "boulevard loop", it is important to note the property owners <br />shall be responsible for mowing and maintaining the right of way boulevard. <br />This shall be noted on the preliminary plat. <br />9. The existing trail along the north side of Birch Street shall be shown on the <br />preliminary plat. <br />N. <br />
