It is approximately 1 mile in length and ½ mile in width and consists of <br />predominately soybean and corn cropland with scattered farmed and partially-drained <br />wetlands. A small tree inventory is located in the northwest corner of the site and around <br />the perimeters. The site is relatively flat with elevations ranging from 900-920 feet. <br />Agricultural drain tile is scattered throughout the site and a 66 foot wide pipeline <br />easement bisects the northeast quadrant. The soils are clay and are classified as B/D that <br />signifies the soils are drained, and have little infiltration. <br /> <br />Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br />As reviewed and discussed during the concept plan review, Watermark is consistent with <br />the goals and policies of the comprehensive plan in regards to resource management, land <br />use, housing, transportation and utilities. <br /> <br />Resource Management System Plan <br /> <br />The Resource Management System Plan provides the conservation design framework for <br />the Comprehensive Plan and sustainable decisions regarding growth and development. It <br />provides a unified system approach to natural resource management and natural resource <br />based amenities. <br /> <br />Goals of the Resource Management System Plan include: <br /> <br />• Parks, Trails, Open Space and Recreation
