COUNCIL MINUTES May 23, 2016 DRAFT 4 city has already approved the final plat for the Saddle Club development. Wetland replacement is 136 required of the developer as part of the project. In this case, there is a wetland situation that requires the 137 developer to provide an easement to the state. The process of deeding the property didn’t occur earlier 138 and now requires the city to give an easement back to the developer who can in turn fulfill his obligation 139 to the state. It doesn’t impact the city but is more of a pass through. 140 141 Council Member Maher moved to approve Resolution No. 16-41 as presented. Council Member 142 Rafferty seconded the motion.
