A Phase I Archeological Survey has been completed for the project and no archaeological <br />sites were found within the project area. <br />2. The developer is providing the buffer to Clearwater Creek as outlined in the Conservation <br />Design Framework of the AUAR. <br />WATER SYSTEM <br />The watermain extension along the north side of the building shall be 8 inch diameter <br />watermain. <br />2. The Fire Department Connection shall be 5 inch Storz fitting. <br />3. The hydrants shall be WB-67 per City specification with the exception to use 5 inch Storz <br />fittings. The City is in the process of changing their standard specification to this. <br />4. Hydrant spacing shall be 300 foot maximum, please review and revise if necessary. <br />5. Revise/eliminate Watermain Note #6 stating hydrants are placed 5 feet off the back of <br />curb. <br />6. Show gate valves on hydrant leads. Call out a wet tap on the construction plans for <br />hydrants along the 16 inch trunk watermain. <br />SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM <br />1. Change the material type for the pipe segments from the Existing Sanitary Manhole to <br />SAN MH-1, SAN MH-1 to SAN MH-2, and SAN MH-2 to SAN MH-3 to SDR 26 due to <br />their depth. (Sheets 3.4, 3.6) <br />2. Include Standard Detail Plate San-7 (sanitary sewer service) in the plan set. <br />3. Provide a stub to the south of SAN-5 for future extensions/connections. <br />STORM SEWER SYSTEM <br />Provide revised storm sewer calculations and area maps using the required 10-year storm <br />event to verify the sizes of pipes and spacing of catch basins (currently provided for 3- <br />year storm event). <br />2. The storm pipes between CBMH C-11, CBMH C-10, and FES are not accurately shown <br />in the profile on the plan. (Sheet C3.3) <br />3.
