Variance for cul-de-sac is required <br />29. Trail will be 10ft wide to accommodate emergency vehicles <br />30. Recommendation to approve <br /> <br />Board members and City staff further discussed the following topics: <br /> Cul-de-sac realignment <br /> Connection to Birch Street <br /> Connection to Tomahawk <br /> Emergency access trail <br /> Temporary construction access <br /> Conservation easements <br /> Sidewalk placement <br /> <br />Developer Jamie Jensen, 1517 Dawn Circle, Arden Hills, introduced himself and was <br />present for questions. <br /> <br /> Agrees with changes presented <br /> <br />Chair Tralle declared the Public Hearing open at 7:04 p.m. <br /> <br />Jeremy Stimpson, 6621 Sioux Lane, discussed stakeholders, developer, City, and the <br />neighborhood. Addressed concerns about traffic, safety of kids and the neighborhood. <br /> <br />Rob Linser, 6581 Sioux Lane, wondering housing and lot price, park dedication fee <br />questions, MN Land Legacy Amendment Grant for city to buy property to conserve, new <br />houses affecting current housing prices, traffic concerns. <br /> <br />Jaron Heath, 441 Birch Street, concerns of electric poles an relocation, concerns of trail <br />and confusion of road <br /> <br />Ron Holch, 6599 Hokah Drive, history of Hokah, who is paying for sidewalk, how long <br />will construction go, why not increase lot size, maximum number of houses, variance of <br />cul-de-sac, road damage costs. <br /> <br />Mike Trehus, 675 Shadow Court, RCW input, boulevard loop, aesthetics maintained and <br />problems, environmental board comments concerns Mr. Trehus. Shoreland management <br />comes up to back of house pads. <br /> <br />Melissa Manthey, 6606 Sioux Lane, concerns of traffic and pedestrians, variance <br />concern, existing small backyards, quality of life. <br /> <br /> <br />
