The property is located in <br />the southeast corner of the intersection of White Pine Road and <br />Baldwin Lake Road, The property lies within the R 1X, Single <br />.Family Executive Residential District. <br />Attached for reference are the following exhibit <br />Exhibit A - Site Location <br />Exhibit B- Preliminary Plat <br />Exhibit C - Preliminary Grading, Drainage and Utility Plan <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Based on the following review, our office recommends approval of <br />the Woods of Baldwin Lake 2nd Addition preliminary plat, subject to <br />the following conditions, <br />1. The Grading, Drainage, and Utility Plan is subject to review <br />and approval by the City Engineer and the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District_ <br />2.
