The amount accrued <br />depends on your years of service but still corresponds to three weeks alter <br />5 years. Two new aspects of the vacation subdivision is the adding of 1 <br />day per year beginning at year 11 and going through year 20. This is <br />already in effect in the three labor contracts with have our other employees. <br />Secondly, we would propose offering vacation benefits to regular part-time <br />employees on a pro -rata basis (must work a minimum of 20 hours per <br />week). <br />Sick Leave <br />Change to an accrual method - 3.69 hours per pay period vs 8 hours <br />per month. <br />Add regular part-time employees. <br />Accumulated, unused sick leave would be tied to deferred compensation <br />and severance. <br />These changes are already incorporated into the LLMA, 49ers and <br />Teamsters contracts. <br />27 <br />
