Contractor shall carry a special banner on their regular flights which <br />measures fifteen (15) feet by twenty-eight (28) feet on a hat air balloon. <br />Contractor's flights will include flights over the major arteries entering <br />the City such as f -35E and i -35W. In addition Contractor shall generally <br />fly over White Bear Lake, Lino Lakes, Hugo, Forest Lake, Stillwater, Lake <br />Elmo, Shoreview, Blaine and other metro area suburbs. Contractor <br />agrees that they will fly a minimum of twenty (20) hours per contract <br />year. <br />3. PAYMENT; TOTAL COST. The total amount to be paid by the City <br />pursuant to this Contract shall not exceed One Thousand Two Hundred and no/100 <br />01,200.00) Dollars per year for carrying the banner while conducting their regular <br />flights. <br />a. The City shall pay to the Contractor the sum of Three Hundred and <br />no/100 ($300.00) Dollars upon execution of the Contract and Three <br />Hundred and no/100 ($300.00) Dollars quarterly through the contract <br />year. <br />b. Contractor shall submit their pilot logs with each quarterly billing showing <br />the actual number of hours flown and the areas over which the flight <br />was conducted. <br />c. The City shall pay to the Contractor the sum of Two Hundred Fifty and <br />no/100 ($250.00) Dollars per (light for flights specifically requested by <br />the City (excluding brochure and poster photo flights). <br />-2- <br />
