Project Scope <br />& Overview <br />Commissioning <br />Testing of installed wiring base. <br />Programming of mixer for up to two "scenes," or use types. One will be a city council meeting; the other is to <br />be determined. <br />Assistance to Ross personnel during their on-site commissioning of the Lightning Control System. <br />Coordination with third party entities such as cable stations during wring-out of signal flow between the Lino <br />Lakes facility and their own. <br />Up to a two-hour overview for customer on installed system. Topics to be covered include use of mixer, file <br />recorder, microphones, and podium equipment. <br />Client reference binder containing full system diagrams, user manuals, warranty details, and support contact <br />information. <br />All project management. <br />Scope of Project does NOT Include: <br />Any tasks not specifically mentioned above. <br />Installation/wiring/integration tasks on any equipment not on the Z Systems CAD drawings. <br />Based on our site survey as well as on conversations with Lino Lakes city officials and North Metro TV, we have <br />included our recommended configuration in the attached purchase agreement. <br />For reasons including cost, ease of use, and compatibility, the cameras to be installed will be Ross PIVOTCams <br />and not the optional Panasonic AW-HE40S cameras. <br />Because we are using Ross LCS software, which provides a clean and easy to use GUI for switching utilizing <br />the Ross Carbonite switcher, we will not be installing the Carbonite switcher (CB-SOLO) with control panel. <br />The switcher will be controlled via computer touchscreen interface. <br />We have omitted the redundant power supply option (PSU-12V9A-6PIN) for the Ross Carbonite switcher <br />from this proposal for cost reasons. <br />Included with the Ross Lightning Control System is eXpression Live, a tool to generate and display static <br />(image-based) graphics.
