COUNCIL MINUTES July 10, 2017 APPROVED 130 Council Member Kusterman moved to approve payment to CNH Architects as recommended. 131 Council Member Manthey seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote — Mayor Reinert 132 voted no. 133 134 PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT REPORT 135 136 4A) Consider Donation of Fire Equipment to Centennial Fire District —Public Safety 137 Director Swenson explained the extra equipment that he recommends be donated. The city received 138 this equipment during the distribution of assets when the city split from the Centennial Fire District, 139 who has already used this on two occasions for training purposes. The current cost value of the 140 equipment is $592. The apparatus that the CFD currently uses and used previously is the correct 141 attachment size. 142 143 Council Member Manthey moved to approved the donation of equipment as recommended. Council 144 Member Kusterman seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 145 146 PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT REPORT 147 148 There was no report from the Public Services Department. 149 150 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT REPORT 151 6A) NorthPointe 644% Addition 152 i. Consider 2nd Reading of Ordinance No. OS-17, Vacating Drainage &Utility Easements (Outlot 153 D, NorthPointe Sth Addition) 154 ii. Consider Resolution No. 17-58 Approving PUD Final Plan/Final Plat 155 iii. Consider Resolution No. 17-59 Approving Development Agreement 156 City Planner Larsen reviewed a PowerPoint outlining the project details: 157 - 15 lots; temporary cul-de-sac; 158 - Phasing Plan (this is 6L' addition); 28 units remaining after this phase; 159 - Public Land decisions (15 park dedication units); 160 - Planning and Zoning Board review and approval; 161 - Review of requested resolutions. 162 Council Member Rafferty looked at the map of the project and asked questions about the new roadways. 163 It was clarified that this will not be a direct connection to Cedar. 164 165 Mayor Reinert asked if there is a map available of what the development looked like from the onset; he 166 thought it was five phases originally. Ms. Larsen explained that the phasing came through a little 167 differently but there are no more units added nor any change to lot size; the preliminary plat has 168 remained accurate. She clarified that the park is under construction.
