Motion carried on a voice vote — Mayor Reinert <br />132 voted no. <br />133 <br />134 PUBLIC SAFETY DEPARTMENT REPORT <br />135 <br />136 4A) Consider Donation of Fire Equipment to Centennial Fire District —Public Safety <br />137 Director Swenson explained the extra equipment that he recommends be donated. The city received <br />138 this equipment during the distribution of assets when the city split from the Centennial Fire District, <br />139 who has already used this on two occasions for training purposes. The current cost value of the <br />140 equipment is $592. The apparatus that the CFD currently uses and used previously is the correct <br />141 attachment size. <br />142 <br />143 Council Member Manthey moved to approved the donation of equipment as recommended. Council <br />144 Member Kusterman seconded the motion. Consider 2nd Reading of Ordinance No. OS-17, Vacating Drainage &Utility Easements (Outlot <br />153 D, NorthPointe Sth Addition) <br />154 ii. Consider Resolution No. 17-58 Approving PUD Final Plan/Final Plat <br />155 iii. Consider Resolution No. 17-59 Approving Development Agreement <br />156 City Planner Larsen reviewed a PowerPoint outlining the project details: <br />157 - 15 lots; temporary cul-de-sac; <br />158 - Phasing Plan (this is 6L' addition); 28 units remaining after this phase; <br />159 - Public Land decisions (15 park dedication units); <br />160 - Planning and Zoning Board review and approval; <br />161 - Review of requested resolutions. <br />162 Council Member Rafferty looked at the map of the project and asked questions about the new roadways. <br />163 It was clarified that this will not be a direct connection to Cedar. <br />164 <br />165 Mayor Reinert asked if there is a map available of what the development looked like from the onset; he <br />166 thought it was five phases originally. Ms. Larsen explained that the phasing came through a little <br />167 differently but there are no more units added nor any change to lot size; the preliminary plat has <br />168 remained accurate. She clarified that the park is under construction. <br />
