COUNCIL MINUTES July 10, 2017 169 Mayor Reinert asked that the original approved plat be emailed to the council. 170 Council Member Kusterman moved to dispense with the full reading of the ordinance as presented. 171 Council Member Manthey seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. 172 Council Member Kusterman moved to approve the 2nd Reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 05-17 as 173 presented. Council Member Manthey seconded the motion. Consider Resolution No. 17-68 Approving Stormwater Management Facility Maint Agrmt 184 185 City Planner Larsen reviewed a PowerPoint Presesentation outlining the project details: 186 - Aerial Map showing property and zoning; 187 - Existing house on site was moved and accessory structures will be moved; 188 - Storm water planning reviewed; 189 - Front and back easements were reviewed; the back is less typical; driven by storm water 190 needs; 191 - Park dedication fees; five lots being charged; 192 - Zoning of R-1, with each lot meeting lot size requirements; 193 - Variances requested: 1) reduce collector roadway width; 2) Street set back reduction (40' to 194 30') (staff looked at other houses in the neighborhood and found that pretty much the entire 195 area is at 30'). 196 197 Mayor Reinert remarked that the council isn't generally fond of variances but has fully discussed this 198 situation and he feels comfortable that is appropraite. He also offered praise to developer Marcel 199 Ebensteiner for his good work. 200 201 Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 17-60 as presented.
