A. Section 4.2 of the Lino Lakes Town Center Design & Development Guide shall <br />be amended as follows: <br />Variation in Housing Mix <br />Within each Residential District, a minimum of two <br />architectural treatments is required as follows: <br />Facade Treatment. At least two (2) unique architectural treatments for each <br />housing model are required. The architectural treatments must differ in each of <br />three categories: a) facade color. roof color, or siding material; b) window pattern <br />and trim detail; and c) porch, entryway, or balcony detailing. Identical buildings <br />shall not be adjacent to or across the street from each other. <br />B. Section 4.3 of the Lino Lakes Town Center Design & Development Guide shall <br />be amended as follows: <br />Building Frontage <br />1. Where build -to lines govern, entries must face the street. Seventy (70) percent <br />of the block length must have building fronts, parks or plaza within the <br />required setback area. <br />2. Where build -to lines are shown on the Regulating Plan, buildings shall face <br />the street and shall occupy a minimum percentage of each block's linear street <br />(at least 50 percent or 70 percent), as noted in the Regulating Plan, within the <br />required setback area. <br />3. Buildings shall be sited a minimum of 5 feet and a maximum of 15 feet from <br />the public right-of-way. For buildings located on a corner, the secondary <br />frontage setback shall be allowed to exceed these maximum setbacks provided <br />the building architecture on the secondary frontage is upgraded to provide <br />upgraded materials such as board and batten or shakes in lieu of lap siding on <br />the top 1/2 of the elevation. <br />AND <br />Residence and Garage Setbacks <br />The following table summarizes minimum and maximum setbacks for residences and garages. <br />Table 7.
