All street -facing facades must have windows covering at least <br />25 percent of the facade's area. Windows of the living room, dining room, or family room <br />must face the street. <br />Recesses. Windows and doors must be recessed at least two inches from walls or exterior <br />trim to cr ate a shadow line for visual interest. <br />Materials.
