City Planner Larsen <br />105 reviewed the proposed landscaping and fence that will buffer the residential side of the property <br />106 (which is actually just being developed). <br />107 <br />108 Council Member Rafferty moved to waive the full reading of Ordinance No. 07-17. Council Member <br />] 09 Manthey seconded the motion. Consider Resolution No. 17-87, Approving Development Agreement- <br />116 <br />117 City Planner Larsen reviewed a PowerPoint presentation including: <br />118 - One lot, no outlots, on a 30 acre parcel; <br />119 - Location of new house; <br />120 - Preliminary plat included two lots but due to the technical costs related to wetlands, applicant <br />121 is requesting only one lot for final plat; <br />122 - No subdivision, so no park dedication fee; <br />123 - Findings of fact; <br />124 - Development agreement included; <br />125 - Planning and Zoning Board approval. <br />126 <br />127 Council Member Manthey moved to approve Resolution No. 17-86, as presented.
