Mr. Grochala stated that <br />cannot be developed without sewer and water. <br />o Barbara Lundell, 680 Pine Street <br /> Ms. Lundell asked the Board about subdividing the <br />property. <br />o Recommendation: Continue existing land use designations, <br />consider staging with sewer plan review. <br /> Move forward with recommendation <br /> 3-A North of Main St., West of 20th Ave. <br />o Mr. Grochala stated that this is the location that the City is <br />planning the greenway project for stormwater. <br />o Recommendation: Continue existing land use designations, <br />consider staging with sewer plan review. <br /> Move forward with recommendation <br /> 3-B Nadeau Properties (6651 & 6677 20th ) <br />o Initiated by land owner request <br />o Recommendation: Continue existing land use designations and <br />staging. Low Density is consistent with abutting property to west <br />and south. 20th Ave. is a good divide/transition between Medium <br />and Low Density areas. <br /> Move forward with recommendation <br /> 4-A Wilkinson Lakes/Cedar Lake Area <br />o Lack of response from White Bear Township <br />o Mr. Stoesz questioned about the White Bear litigation <br />o Recommendation: Continue existing land use designations. Work <br />with White Bear Township to determine sewer capacity and <br />consider staging with sewer plan review. Examine intersection and <br />access issues as part of Transportation Plan review.
