<br />
<br />Staff recommends adoption of Resolution No. 17-27, Accepting the Base Bid and Alternates,
<br />Awarding a Construction Contract in the amount of $492,673.18 to North Valley, Inc., and
<br />Approving the Construction Services Contract with WSB and Associates for the 2017 Mill and
<br />Overlay Project, in the amount of $38,883.00.
