Mr. McLean <br />said probably 25% of the time of elected, appointed and employed City time. <br />Plat - Forest Glen - Gilbert Menkveld <br />Mr. Gourley noted that the Rice Creek Watershed District and the Anoka County Highway <br />Department have not responded regarding this plat. <br />The Board reviewed the plat map and asked that Mr. Menkveld supply further information: <br />- Response from Mr. Short regarding latest drawing <br />- Recommendations from the Rice Creek Watershed District and the Anoka County Highway <br />Department <br />- All lots be at least one acre in size (lot 1, block 2, lot 1, block 6) <br />- Check with Mr. Gotwald regarding all lots on the west border of plat. If the easement <br />is dedicated as a road right-of-way all lots on the west would be undersized. Also <br />is it legal to designate road right-of-ways on plats? <br />A written response from the Park Board regarding park dedication. <br />The Clerk was instructed to send Mr. Menkveld a copy of these minutes for his reference. <br />Mr. Menkveld will be placed on the February 15, 1978 agenda. <br />Plat - Ulmers Rice Lake Addition 11 <br />The Board reviewed Mr. Ulmer's plat map and it was determined all necessary information <br />and documents were in the file. <br />Mr. Reinert moved to recommend approval of this plat. Mr. Hill seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Plat - Mar -Don Homes <br />The Clerk read letters from City Engineer Gotwald and City Planner Short. A plat map <br />from Mr. Gotwald indicating a different alignment of the street was discussed. <br />After further discussion the plat owners were asked for further information: <br />- Park Board written recommendation <br />A written response from the Rural Cooperative Power Association <br />accross the property. <br />- Rice Creek Watershed District recommendations in writing <br />Correct the block length to 1,320 feet or less. <br />- Topography map indicating method of drainage <br />- Block 7, lots 6 and 7 do not have required frontage. <br />- Block 6, lots 1 and 2 do not have required 150' frontage <br />- One lot is under one acre, all lots to be one acre or more. <br />defining the corridor <br />
