Mr. McLean explained this would be for Mr. Holzmeir and Mr. Miller to work <br />out. <br />Ardell Johnson - Application for a Variance <br />Mr. Johnson asked for approval to split his lot at 6909 Lakeview Avenue into two lots, <br />one fronting on Lakeview Ave. and one fronting on Glenview Avenue. <br />Mr. Gourley explained this is a lot on an existing plat and this does comply with ex- <br />isting development. <br />Mr. Reinert moved to recommend to Council approval of this variance. Mr. Shearen sec- <br />onded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Shenandoah Third Addition - Glenn Rehb(bin <br />Mr. Rehbein was not present. The plat was not considered. <br />Rice Lake Addition Plat - Ulmer <br />Mr. Ulmers Rice Lake Addition Plat was considered. The Planners and Engineers recomm- <br />endations were read and discussed. Mr. Gourley noted that some lots did not meet the <br />one acre minimum. <br />Mr. Reinert noted that the original drawings showed one acre lots and wondered why the <br />Engineer did not follow through on the final concept. Mr. Ulmers Engineer is also the <br />City consulting engineer and he is aware of the requirement. He felt this causes add- <br />itional problems and expenses for Mr. Ulmers and this should have been avoided. Mr. <br />Ulmers said he would take this matter up with Mr. Gotwald, the engineer. <br />Mr. Hill asked if there would be any drainage towards Elm Street. Mr. Ulmers said only <br />street runoff. <br />Mr. Nadeau moved to recommend to Council approval of this plat with the condition that <br />all lots be at least one acre in size with 150' road frontage and that the Engineer <br />has this prepared for Council consideration April 25, 1977 and subject to the Planners <br />and Engineers recommendations and that the Council set a public hearing. Motion seconded <br />by by Mr. Reinert. Motion carried with Mr. Shearen abstaining. <br />West Oaks Plat - James R. Hill, Mr. Brueggerman <br />Mr. Hill presented his plat and explained that this is a redesign and continuing study <br />of West Oaks of Otter Lake formerly owned by Mr. Paul Albrecht. <br />Mr. Hill was given copies of the Engineers and Planners reports. <br />Mr. Hill said he would like the Planning and Zoning Board to approve this preliminary <br />concept so: that he can continue presenting his plat to the many• other governmental <br />agencies that will have to be involved. <br />Mr. Shearen noted that some of the lot sizes did not meet Ordinance requirements. <br />Mr. Shearen moved to recommend to the Council approval of this plat subject to the Eng- <br />ineers and Planner suggestions and require that all lot be at least one acre with at <br />
