August 15, 1973 <br />Discussion was held on what procedure should be taken with people <br />requesting to build on land with IOOft. frontage. What action can <br />be taken. The Board can only recommend to them to request for a <br />variance. <br />Mr. Ramacher and Mr. LeTender from Able Systems came forward to discuss <br />plans of a storage building to be built in back of present structure of <br />Skyline Auto Body and also screening to be done on surronding area. <br />i``<1r. Ramacher stated he would l i ke to purchase a cyclone fence 650ft. <br />X 7ft. high to be put up on the North side of his property. Mr. Lee <br />Starr, the Planner, was not present to discuss these plans. <br />The Board asked if they could bring all their plans up to date and <br />have Mr. Starr go over the plans. Mr. McLean asked Mr. Ramacher if <br />he could be present at the next P & Z Meeting on Sept. 19th. Mr. <br />Ramacher was _.instructed to have all his plans in the Clerk's office <br />' days befo1"e the.P&Z.;,_. <br />Mr. Ray Hager and Mr. Gordie Howe, from Northway Const., appeared <br />1 ,fore the Board. Mr. Hager is requesting to bui Id a home cn land <br />located on Bald Eagle Blvd. <br />At the P&Z meeting of March 21st Mr. Hager applied for a variance to <br />bui Id on the I IOft frontage of land. The variance was denied at that <br />time because of not having a perc test taken and lack of necessary <br />footage. Mr. Hager stated things have changed quite a bit since he <br />last met with the Board. He has had Mr. Rehbe i n excavating the area. <br />Mr. Nadeau stated it is in an area that is over crowded at the present <br />time. <br />Mr. Karth recommended to the Council to deny the variance to build <br />on land with a 110ft. frontage to avoid setting a precedent. Mr. <br />Kelling seconded the motion. Heti on carried. <br />Mr. Floyd Schake was present to request a Special Use Permit to <br />operate a body and paint shop and keep customers car without license <br />plates on the property. The request was not discussed because of lack <br />of information. <br />Mr. Hal (blade and Mr. Bogren representing Hal Laren Blders. appeared <br />before the Board to inquire into requirements of the Vi I I age to build <br />on property located west of the present construction on Maple. <br />Before any significant buildings can be done Maple street would <br />need to be a designated and accepted street of the Vi liege. <br />
