August 15, 1973 Discussion was held on what procedure should be taken with people requesting to build on land with IOOft. frontage. What action can be taken. The Board can only recommend to them to request for a variance. Mr. Ramacher and Mr. LeTender from Able Systems came forward to discuss plans of a storage building to be built in back of present structure of Skyline Auto Body and also screening to be done on surronding area. i``<1r. Ramacher stated he would l i ke to purchase a cyclone fence 650ft. X 7ft. high to be put up on the North side of his property. Mr. Lee Starr, the Planner, was not present to discuss these plans. The Board asked if they could bring all their plans up to date and have Mr. Starr go over the plans. Mr. McLean asked Mr. Ramacher if he could be present at the next P & Z Meeting on Sept. 19th. Mr. Ramacher was _.instructed to have all his plans in the Clerk's office ' days befo1"e the.P&Z.;,_. Mr. Ray Hager and Mr. Gordie Howe, from Northway Const., appeared 1 ,fore the Board. Mr. Hager is requesting to bui Id a home cn land located on Bald Eagle Blvd. At the P&Z meeting of March 21st Mr. Hager applied for a variance to bui Id on the I IOft frontage of land. The variance was denied at that time because of not having a perc test taken and lack of necessary footage. Mr. Hager stated things have changed quite a bit since he last met with the Board. He has had Mr. Rehbe i n excavating the area. Mr. Nadeau stated it is in an area that is over crowded at the present time. Mr. Karth recommended to the Council to deny the variance to build on land with a 110ft. frontage to avoid setting a precedent. Mr. Kelling seconded the motion. Heti on carried. Mr. Floyd Schake was present to request a Special Use Permit to operate a body and paint shop and keep customers car without license plates on the property. The request was not discussed because of lack of information. Mr. Hal (blade and Mr. Bogren representing Hal Laren Blders. appeared before the Board to inquire into requirements of the Vi I I age to build on property located west of the present construction on Maple. Before any significant buildings can be done Maple street would need to be a designated and accepted street of the Vi liege.
