Consider Resolution No. 17-68 Approving Stormwater Management Facility Maint Agrmt 183 <br /> 184 <br />City Planner Larsen reviewed a PowerPoint Presesentation outlining the project details: 185 <br />- Aerial Map showing property and zoning; 186 <br />- Existing house on site was moved and accessory structures will be moved; 187 <br />- Storm water planning reviewed; 188 <br />- Front and back easements were reviewed; the back is less typical; driven by storm water 189 <br />needs; 190 <br />- Park dedication fees; five lots being charged; 191 <br />- Zoning of R-1, with each lot meeting lot size requirements; 192 <br />- Variances requested: 1) reduce collector roadway width; 2) Street set back reduction (40’ to 193 <br />30’) (staff looked at other houses in the neighborhood and found that pretty much the entire 194 <br />area is at 30’). 195 <br /> 196 <br />Mayor Reinert remarked that the council isn’t generally fond of variances but has fully discussed this 197 <br />situation and he feels comfortable that is appropraite.
