10 <br /> <br />(c) All dwelling units shall have parking provided in accordance with §1007.044 (6). <br /> <br />The developer shall parking data with the PUD Final Plan/Final Plat to verify compliance. <br /> <br />(d) All dwellings shall comply with the Design and Construction Standards of <br />§1007.043 (2). <br /> <br />These design criteria were analyzed previously in this staff report. <br /> <br />(6) Height Regulations. No building shall be erected or structurally altered to exceed the <br />height of the greater of three stories or thirty-six (36) feet in height except as allowed by <br />§1007.043 (3). <br /> <br />The height of the proposed townhomes as measured from the base of the structure to the <br />average height of the highest gable is 22 ft to 24 ft. This requirement is met. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 16-51 <br /> <br />This resolution details the following additional townhome Architectural Design Standards (staff <br />comments are in italics): <br /> <br />1. The following are acceptable exterior materials and styles for both the single family <br />homes and the townhomes: <br /> <br />a. Exterior Materials <br />i. Vinyl, aluminum or steel siding (acceptable only on single family homes, <br />not townhomes) <br />ii. Brick <br />iii. Stone <br />iv. Stucco <br />v. Wood <br />vi. Engineered siding products such as LP board, Hardie board or similar <br /> <br />b. Styles <br />i. Lap siding <br />ii. Board and batten <br />iii. Shakes <br /> <br />Lennar is requesting vinyl siding be allowed on the townhomes. They are agreeable to include <br />engineered trim products. This would be the same stipulation applied to the Woods Edge <br />townhome development. <br /> <br />2. The following minimum architectural standards shall be incorporated into the <br />townhome neighborhood: <br /> <br />a. A minimum of three (3) unique building facades (A, B and C) for each elevation <br />of the townhomes shall be provided. <br />
