4 <br /> <br />Grading and Utility Plan, Sheet 05 identifies 2 trees on Lot 1 of the preliminary plat and that <br />these trees are not being impacted. A tree inventory is not required for Outlot A of the <br />preliminary plat since no development is proposed. <br /> <br />Landscaping <br /> <br />Plan sheet 05 indicates one (1) boulevard tree (maple tree). This satisfies the boulevard tree <br />requirement. <br /> <br />Building Requirements <br /> <br />A building permit is required for the construction of the single family home.
