Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />131 <br />132 5B) Consider Resolution No. 18426, Approving Verizon Wireless LLC Lease Agreement — <br />133 Water Tower #1— Public Services Director DeGardner reviewed his written report requesting <br />134 approval of amendments to the lease agreement, relative to renewal of the agreement. The changes <br />135 have been reviewed by the City Attorney. Mayor Reinert confirmed that cancelation by either party <br />136 can be done arbitrarily. <br />137 <br />138 Council Member Maher moved to approve Resolution No 18426 as presented. Public Hearing on Proposed Assessments; <br />145 ii. Consider Resolution No. 18415, Adopting Assessments for the West Shadow Lake <br />146 Drive Area Municipal Utility Extension; <br />147 ill. Consider Resolution No. 18424, Approving Joint Powers Agreement with Anoka <br />148 County, 2018 West Shadow Lake Street and Utility Project <br />149 <br />15o City Engineer Hankee reviewed a PowerPoint presentation including information on the following: <br />151 - Location of proposed utility project that is in conjunction with the roadway project; <br />152 - Update on the roadway reconstruction project; <br />153 - A review of the municipal utility extension project (to be assessed); <br />154 - Maps and a full review of the proposed improvements; <br />155 - Proposed project funding and assessments and other costs; <br />156 - Subdividable properties; <br />157 - Schedule for project and assessments. <br />158 <br />159 Mayor Reinert noted that project information is available and will continue to be updated on the city's <br />160 website. <br />161 <br />162 Mayor Reinert opened the public hearing. <br />163 <br />164 Stephanie Adams, 656 Shadow Court, asked if the prepay by November 1, 2019 will be interest free. <br />165 Ms. Hankee confirmed that is correct. <br />166 <br />167 Chris Bretoi, 6779 West Shadow Lake Drive, asked for more information on impending road <br />168 closures. Ms. Hankee explained that access for residents will be coordinated. Construction access <br />169 will be coordinated and staff intends to provide contact information for those construction companies. <br />170 The construction period is yet to be set but residents will be informed. <br />!1 <br />
