Motion carried on a voice vote. 130 <br /> 131 <br />5B) Consider Resolution No. 18-126, Approving Verizon Wireless LLC Lease Agreement – 132 <br />Water Tower #1 – Public Services Director DeGardner reviewed his written report requesting 133 <br />approval of amendments to the lease agreement, relative to renewal of the agreement. The changes 134 <br />have been reviewed by the City Attorney. Mayor Reinert confirmed that cancelation by either party 135 <br />can be done arbitrarily. 136 <br /> 137 <br />Council Member Maher moved to approve Resolution No 18-126 as presented. Public Hearing on Proposed Assessments; 144 <br /> ii. Consider Resolution No. 18-115, Adopting Assessments for the West Shadow Lake 145 <br />Drive Area Municipal Utility Extension; 146 <br /> iii. Consider Resolution No. 18-124, Approving Joint Powers Agreement with Anoka 147 <br />County, 2018 West Shadow Lake Street and Utility Project 148 <br /> 149 <br />City Engineer Hankee reviewed a PowerPoint presentation including information on the following: 150 <br />- Location of proposed utility project that is in conjunction with the roadway project; 151 <br />- Update on the roadway reconstruction project; 152 <br />- A review of the municipal utility extension project (to be assessed); 153 <br />- Maps and a full review of the proposed improvements; 154 <br />- Proposed project funding and assessments and other costs; 155 <br />- Subdividable properties; 156 <br />- Schedule for project and assessments. 157 <br /> 158 <br />Mayor Reinert noted that project information is available and will continue to be updated on the city’s 159 <br />website. 160 <br /> 161 <br />Mayor Reinert opened the public hearing. 162 <br /> 163 <br />Stephanie Adams, 656 Shadow Court, asked if the prepay by November 1, 2019 will be interest free. 164 <br />Ms. Hankee confirmed that is correct. 165 <br /> 166 <br />Chris Bretoi, 6779 West Shadow Lake Drive, asked for more information on impending road 167 <br />closures. Ms. Hankee explained that access for residents will be coordinated. Construction access 168 <br />will be coordinated and staff intends to provide contact information for those construction companies. 169 <br />The construction period is yet to be set but residents will be informed. 170
