The applicant, Lyngblomsten, has <br />submitted a land use application for Rezoning, PUD Development Stage Plan, <br />Preliminary Plat, and Site Plan Review for the development of a senior living <br />community, future restaurant and future commercial building. The 20 acre site is located <br />in the northwest quadrant of CSAH 49 (Hodgson Road) and CR J (Ash Street). <br />Development of the site is guided by the Council adopted Master Planning Study- <br />Hodgson Road & CR J (“Master Plan”). <br /> <br />A PUD Concept Plan was reviewed by City’s Advisory Boards and the Council from <br />May to August 2018. <br /> <br />This staff report contains review of the 20 acre preliminary plat and site plan review of <br />the Phase I senior living community.
