Ordinance No. 15 of the Village of Lino Lakes entitled <br /> 'AN ORDINANCE PROHIBiTiNG THE STARTING OF GRASS FIRES OR THE BURNING OVER <br /> OF LOTS, PIECES OR PARCELS OF LAND IN THE VILLAGE OF LINO LAKES, FIXING <br /> PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF; -- be and the same hereby is repealed. <br /> SECTION 8. Any violation of this Ordinance shall be punishable by <br /> a fine not to exceed $100.00 or imprisonment for a period of not more <br /> than thirty (30) days, or both such fine and imprisonment. <br /> SECT= 9.
