Must be 50 feet away from another ground sign. <br />b) Sign or signs attached to the building (roof, wall or parap9t) <br />up to 100 square feet or 20% of the building face area, whichever <br />is greater. <br />3. Advertising Signs: <br />a) Not higher than 45 feet above grade. <br />b) Must comply with all General Regulations. <br />4. No sign may be closer than 5 feet to any property line without <br />a special permit therefor. <br />Commercial Highway Service Districts: In the Commercial Highway Service <br />Districts all signs must comply with the Following: <br />i. Business Signs: <br />a) Service Station Signs <br />I. 0n surface arterials <br />. One pylon sign per frontage. <br />. 80 square feet; 45 feet in height. <br />. One additional ground sign per street frontage; <br />32 square feet; 30 feet in height. <br />. Sign or signs attached to building, up to 20% of the <br />total building face. <br />2. Abutting Freeways <br />. One pylon sign; 350 square foot side with maximum height <br />of 65 feet. <br />. One additional ground sign per frontage; 32 square <br />feet; 30 feet in height. <br />. Sign or signs attached to building up to 20% of the <br />total building face. <br />b) Other Business Signs: <br />. One ground sign 200 square feet total plus sign or signs <br />attached to the building totaling not more than 20% of the <br />wall area. <br />. Forty five foot height limit. <br />2. Advertising Signs: <br />a) Forty five foot height limit. <br />b) Must comply with all General Regulations <br />3. No sign may be closer than 5 feet to any property line without <br />a special permit therefor. <br />
