1. Area Identification Signs: <br />a) One ground sign or pylon for each major street or <br />thoroughfare frontage up to 400 square feet. <br />b) Not higher than 65 feet above grade. <br />2. Business Signs: <br />a) 100 square feet or 20% of building face area;; <br />whichever is greater. <br />b) Wall signs only (18" projection) and within the <br />parapet. <br />3. Advertising Signs: <br />a) Not higher than 45 feet. <br />b) Must comply with General Regulations. <br />4. No sign may be closer than 5 feet to any property line <br />without a special permit therefor. <br />G. Regional Service Districts: (surrounding the Regional <br />Shopping Centers). In the Regional Service Districts all <br />signs must comply with the following: <br />1. Institutional Identification: <br />a) For hospitals, office buildings, etc. <br />b) Sixty square feet ground sign or pylon or up to <br />20% of the building face area as a wall sign. <br />2. Business Signs: <br />a) Pylon or ground signs totaling two square feet of <br />sign surface per lot frontage foot; up to 300 square <br />feet and not higher than 40 feet. Must be 50 feet away <br />from another ground sign. <br />b) Sign or signs attached to the building (roof, wall <br />or parapet) up to 100 square feet or 20% of the building <br />face area, whichever is greater. <br />3. Advertising Signs: <br />a) Not higher than 45 feet above grade. <br />b) Must comply with all General Regulations. <br />4. No sign may be closer than 5 feet to any property line <br />without a special permit therefor. <br />H. Commercial Highway Service Districts: In the Commercial <br />Highway Service Districts all signs must comply with the <br />following: <br />1. Business Signs: <br />a) Service Station Signs <br />1. 0n surface arterials <br />. One pylon sign per frontage. <br />
