One ground sign 200 square feet total plus sign or <br />signs attached to the building totaling not more than <br />20% of the wall area. <br />. Forty Five foot height limit. <br />2. Advertising Signs: <br />a) Forty five foot height limit. <br />b) Must comply with all General Regulations. <br />3. No sign may be closer than 5 feet to any property line <br />without a special permit therefor. <br />I. Industrial Park Districts: In the Industrial Park Districts all <br />signs must comply with the following: <br />1. Area Identification ( planned development to a certain size <br />standard). <br />a) Pylon sign up to 400 square feet per side of sign area; <br />one per major thoroughfare. <br />b) Not to exceed building height limit of zone. <br />c) Minimum 20 foot setback from property line. <br />2. Institutional or Office Building Identification: <br />a) Ground sign up to 100 square feet of sign area with <br />minimum 20 foot setback from property line. <br />b) Wall sign up to 20% of the building face. <br />c) Not to exceed building height limit of zone. <br />d) Minimum 20 foot setback from property line. <br />3. Advertising Signs: <br />a) Allowed by special use permit. <br />b) Observe minimum building setback line or 20 feet; <br />whichever is greater. <br />c) Not to exceed building height limit of the zone. <br />d) Must comply with general Regulations. <br />
