Institutional or Office Building Identification: <br />a) Ground sign up to 100 square feet of sign area with <br />minimum 20 foot setback from property line. <br />b) Wall sign up to 20% of the building face. <br />c) Not to exceed building height limit of zone. <br />d) Minimum 20 foot setback from property line. <br />3. Advertising Signs: <br />a) Allowed by special use permit. <br />b) Observe minimum building setback line or 20 feet; <br />whichever is greater. <br />c) Not to exceed building height limit of the zone. <br />d) Must comply with general Regulations. <br />
