question shall be notified in writing, although f ailure by any <br /> property owner to receive such notification shall not invalidate <br /> the proceedings. Notification shall be by registere d mail. <br /> (C) A public hearing on the rezoning application may be held by the <br /> Planning Commission or Council at its first regular meeting after <br /> the rezoning request has been received. <br /> (D) The Planning Commission may make its report to the Village Council <br /> on or before the next regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> following the date of the hearing. <br /> (E) TheVillage Council must take action on the application within <br /> 60 days following referral by the Planning Commission. The person <br /> making the application shall be notified of the action taken. <br /> Such action may consist of approval, denial, or referral back to <br /> the Planning Commission. <br /> (F) No application for rezoning which has been denied wholly or in <br /> part shall be resubmitted for a period of twelve (12) months from <br /> the date of said order of denial. <br /> 5.03 REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION <br /> Prior to the consideration of any proposal to build or rezone in any <br /> category other than Agricultural (A) , single family (R-1) , and duplex <br /> residences (R-2) , the following data must be furnished to the Village: <br /> (A) Site and Building Plans <br /> 1. Details of the proposed site development on topographical <br /> survey, including existing and proposed topography (Minimum <br /> scale shall be 1" = 50'-0" preferred plus a filmed depiction <br /> of existing site conditions) location of all buildings, recre- <br /> ation areas, driveways, parking spaces, dimensions of the <br /> parking spaces, dimensions of the lot area and minimum set- <br /> backs drawn in and clearly defined. <br /> 2. Plans for proposed sidewalks to service parking, recreation <br /> and service areas within the proposed development at same <br /> scale as (A) 1. above. <br /> 3. Suggested plans for proposed storm water drainage system <br /> sufficient to drain and dispose of all surface water accumu- <br /> lation within the area, indication of sanitary sewer, water, <br /> gas, electric, etc. , easements, and written notification that <br /> they have been reviewed by the Village Engineer for feasibil- <br /> ity purposes. <br /> 4. Landscape plans including species, size of trees and shrubs <br /> proposed plus budget allowance at same scale as (A) 1. above . <br /> 5. Preliminary architectural plans for the proposed buildings <br /> complete with exterior wall finishes. These plans shall also <br /> indicate unit sizes, ratios of dwelling units to total lot size <br /> -14- <br />
