As such they may contain <br /> business which tend to serve other business and industry as well as <br /> those catering to shopper needs. <br /> Permitted Uses-In the General Business (GB) District, no building or <br /> land shall be used, and no building shall be erected, converted or struc- <br /> turally altered unless otherwise provided herein, except for one or more <br /> of the following uses: <br /> (A) Motor Fuel Station and/or Garage. <br /> (B) Auto Sales, Services, Used Car Lot and Car Washes. <br /> (C) Drive-in Restaurants. <br /> (D) Wholesale Distributors and Warehousing Related to It. <br /> (E) Bakery or Confectionery Shop for the production of articles to be <br /> sold at retail on the premises. <br /> (F) Farm, Boat, Airplane, Auto Equipment Sales. <br /> (G) Theatres and Drive-In Theatres. (Outdoor Theatres by Special Use <br /> Permit Only. ) <br /> (H) Open Sales lot and seasonal business. <br /> (I) Newspaper publishing and job printing establishments. <br /> (J) Bowling Alleys and Recreational Entertainment. <br /> (K) Veterinary Clinic or Office (not Kennels) . <br /> (L) Electrical, Radio and Television Repair. <br /> (M) Carpeting or Woodworking Shops. <br /> (N) P.U.D.-Planned Unit Developments. <br /> 6.14 LIMITED BUSINESS (LB) DISTRICT <br /> There may be some areas which are suitable only for commercial uses of a <br /> limited (less intense) nature. This may be due to the close proximity of <br /> residential uses. There may be a demand for high quality commercial areas <br /> such as an "office park" development; this could be considered as an "LB" <br /> use. Also, the "LB" District can be used as a transitional district or <br /> buffer between non-compatible uses such as intense commercial ("GB") and <br /> low density residential uses. <br /> Permitted Uses-In the Limited Business (LB) District, no building or land <br /> shall be used, and no building shall be erected, converted or structurally <br /> altered unless otherwise provided herein, except for one or more of the <br /> following uses: <br /> (A) Professional and Personal Business Offices. <br /> -36- <br />
