(B) An accessory building shall be considered as an integral part of <br /> the principal building if it is located less than six (6) feet from <br /> the principal building. <br /> (C) No accessory building in a residential district shall exceed the <br /> height of the principal building except subject to Section 4.07 (F) . <br /> (D) Where the natural grade of a lot at the building line is eight (8) <br /> feet or more above the established curb level, a private garage <br /> may be erected within any yard provided one-half or more of its <br /> height is below grade level and it is not located less than ten <br /> (10) feet from any street line. <br /> (E) When a private garage is oriented so as to face onto a public <br /> right-of-way it shall not be less than thirty (30) feet from the lot <br /> line. <br /> (F) Accessory buildings in the Residential District may be located <br /> within five (5) feet of the side lot line and eight feet of the rear <br /> lot line. <br /> (G) Houseboats are to be considered accessory structures for purposes <br /> of applying this Ordinance. Any object that floats which has <br /> sleeping accommodations and facilities for preparing food shall be <br /> defined as a houseboat. All houseboats which are to be docked or <br /> moored within the Village limits for a period of six (6) days or <br /> more shall require an annual conditional use permit. Said permit <br /> shall show the owner, owner's address, boat license number, whether <br /> the boat is to be used as a seasonal residence and if so, for what <br /> period of time during the year, type of sanitary sewage facility, <br /> water supply, and plot plan showing method of access to public road. <br /> Each houseboat shall have one off-street parking space within four <br /> hundred (400) feet of the access to the docking of such houseboat. <br /> No houseboat shall be used as a permanent residence and further, <br /> that utilities including sanitary sewer, water, electricity, and <br /> phone shall not be extended to the houseboat. <br /> (H) Accessory buildings in the "Business" and "Industry" Districts <br /> shall not be closer than 10 feet from side and rear lot lines sub- <br /> ject to provisions for abutting residential zone provided herein. <br /> (I) No detached garages or other accessory building shall be located <br /> nearer the front lot line than the principal building on that lot <br /> except as provided in (D) of this section. <br /> (J) No accessory building in a commercial or industrial district <br /> shall exceed the height of the principal building except by special <br /> use permit. <br /> (K) An accessory building may be located within the rear yard setback <br /> provided that the lot is not a through lot and said accessory building <br /> does not occupy more than 25% of a required rear yard. <br /> (L) A private garage in a residential district shall not be utilized for <br /> business service or industry.
