(7) <br />Agriculture - The production, keeping or maintenance, for sale, <br />or personal use, of plants and animals useful to man, including <br />but not limited to: forages and sod crops; grains and seed crops; <br />dairy animals and dairy products, poultry and poultry products; <br />livestock, including beef cattle, sheep, swine, horses, ponies, <br />mules, or goats, or any mutations or hybrids thereof, including <br />the breeding and grazing of any or all of such animals; bees and <br />apiary products; fur animals; trees and forest products; fruits of <br />all kinds, including grapes, nuts and berries; vegetables; nursery, <br />floral, ornamental and greenhouse products; or lands devoted to <br />a soil conservation or forestry management program. <br />(8) Airport - A place where aircraft can land and take off, usually <br />equipped wth hangars, facilities for refueling and repair, and <br />various accommodations for passengers. <br />(9) Airport, Private Use - Airports which are intended for use by <br />certain individuals or associations and not to the public. <br />(10) Amusement Facility - An outdoor area or structure, open to the <br />public, which contains coin operated games, and similar enter- <br />tainment and amusement devices. <br />(11) Apartment Unit - One or more rooms with private bath and <br />kitchen facilities comprising an independent self-contained <br />dwelling unit in a building containing more than two dwelling <br />units. <br />(12) Automobile Service Station - Any building, land area or other <br />premises, or portion thereof, used or intended to be used for the <br />retail dispensing or sales of vehicular fuels; and including as an <br />accessory use the sale and installation of lubricants, tires, <br />batteries and similar accessories. <br />(13) Base Map - A map having sufficient points of reference, such as <br />state, county or municipal boundary lines, streets, easements, <br />and other selected physical features to allow the plotting of <br />other data. <br />(14) Basement - Any floor level below the first story in a building, <br />except that a floor level in a building having only one floor level <br />shall be classified as a basement unless such floor level qualifies <br />as a first story as defined herein. <br />(15) Bay - A part of a building projecting from the main part. <br />(16) Boarder - An individual other than a member of the family <br />occupying the dwelling unit or a part thereof who, for a <br />consideration, is furnished sleeping accommodations and may be <br />furnished meals or other services as part of the consideration. <br />(17) Boarding House - A dwelling or part thereof, in which lodging is <br />provided by the owner or operator to more than three boarders. <br />
