i <br />(60) Farm, Limited - A limited farm is a food producing use primarily <br />intended for the use of the residents and on parcels of from one <br />to ten contiguous acres in size. Limited farming uses may <br />include the production of crops, such as fruits, vegetables, <br />flowers, plants, shrubs and trees. Animals and domestic pets <br />may be allowed subject to the provisions of Ordinances 82 and <br />65. <br />(61) Farm Structure - Any building or structure used for agricultural <br />purposes. <br />(62) Fast -Food Restaurant - An establishment whose principal <br />business is the sale of pre -prepared or rapidly prepared food <br />directly to the customer in a ready -to -consume state for con- <br />sumption either within the restaurant building or off premises. <br />(63) Feedlot - A confined area or structure used for feeding, <br />breeding, or holding livestock for eventual sale in which animal <br />waste may accumulate but not including barns, pens or other <br />structures used in a dairy farm operation. <br />(64) Floor Area, Net - The total of all floor areas of a building, <br />excluding stairwells and elevator shafts, equipment rooms, <br />interior vehicular parking or loading; and all floors below the <br />first or ground floor, except when used or intended to be used for <br />human habitation or service to the public. <br />(65) Garage - A deck, building or structure, or part thereof, used or <br />intended to be used for the parking and storage of vehicles. <br />(66) Garage, Public - A garage other than a private garage, used for <br />the housing or care of motor vehicles, or where such vehicles are <br />equipped for operation repairs, or kept for renumeration, hire or <br />sale. <br />(67) Garage, Storage - Any building or premises used for the storage <br />only of motor -driven vehicles, pursuant to previous arrange- <br />ments, not to transients, where no equipment, parts, fuel, grease <br />or oil are sold and vehicles are not equipped, serviced, repaired, <br />hired or sold. <br />(68) Grading Plan - Existing topography and proposed finished grades <br />with a contour interval of no greater than 2 feet clearly <br />indicating the relationship of proposed changes to existing <br />topography and remaining features. <br />(69) Green Area - Land shown on a development plan, master plan or <br />official map for preservation, recreation, landscaping or park. <br />(70) Historic Site - Structure or area of land or water of historic, <br />archeological, paleontological or architectural value which has <br />been designated as an historic site in the Federal Register of <br />historical landmarks, the Minnesota Historical Society, or by a <br />local governmental unit. <br />
