(71) Home Occupation - Any activity carried out for business
<br />purposes by a resident conducted as an accessory use in the
<br />resident's dwelling, and not in an accessory building and which is
<br />clearly incidental and secondary to the residential use of the
<br />premises, and does not change the character thereof.
<br />(72) Homeowners Association - A community association, other than
<br />a condominium association, which is organized in a development
<br />in which individual owners share common interests in open space
<br />or facilities.
<br />(73) Horse Breeding Operation, Commercial - A business for the
<br />purpose of breeding and raising horses and may include scheduled
<br />events such as horse shows, sales and exhibitions.
<br />(74) Horticulture - The use of land for the growing or production for
<br />income of fruits, vegetables, flowers, nursery stock, including
<br />ornamental plants and trees, and cultured sod.
<br />(75) Hotel - A facility offering transient lodging accommodations to
<br />the general public and providing additional services such as
<br />restaurants, meeting rooms, and recreation facilities. (See

<br />(76) Individual Sewage Disposal System - A system for the disposal of
<br />sanitary sewage in the ground, which is so designed and con-
<br />structed as to treat sewage in a manner that will retain most of
<br />the settleable solids in a septic tank and discharge the liquid
<br />portion to an adequate disposal field.
<br />(77) Industrial Park - A large tract of land that has been planned,
<br />developed and operated as an integrated facility for a number of
<br />individual industrial uses, with special attention to circulation,
<br />parking, utility needs, aesthetics, and compatibility.
<br />(78) Irrigation System - Any structure or equipment, mechanized or
<br />other, used to supply water for commercial agriculture or horti-
<br />culture, including, but not limited to, wells, pumps, motors,
<br />pipes, culverts, gates, dams, ditches, tanks, ponds, and
<br />reser voirs.
<br />(79) Junkyard - Any area, lot, land, parcel, building or structure or
<br />part thereof used for the storage, collection, processing, pur-
<br />chase, sale or abandonment of wastepaper, rags, scrap metal or
<br />other scrap or discarded goods, materials, machinery or two or
<br />more unregistered, inoperable motor vehicles or other type of
<br />junk.
<br />(80) Livery Stable - The business of keeping horses for the purpose of
<br />renting to the general public for unsupervised riding and/or trail
<br />riding.
<br />(81) Lot - A designated parcel, tract or area of land established by
<br />plat, subdivision, or as otherwise permitted by law, to be used,
<br />developed or built upon as a unit.
