developed as a single entity containing one or more residential
<br />clusters or planned unit residential developments and/or one or
<br />more public, quasi -public, commercial or industrial areas in such
<br />ranges of ratios of nonresidential uses to residential uses as shall
<br />be specified.
<br />(107) Poultry Facility - A confined area or structure used intensively
<br />for raising, feeding, breeding or holding chickens, turkeys and
<br />other poultry for eventual sale or the production of eggs.
<br />(108) Principal Use - The primary or predominant use of any lot.
<br />(109) Professional Office - The office of a member of a recognized
<br />profession maintained for the conduct of that profession.
<br />(110) Quarter Quarter Section - The northeast, northwest, southwest
<br />or southeast quarter of a quarter section delineated by the
<br />United States Government system of land survey and which is
<br />exactly or nearly 40 acres in size.
<br />(111) Recreation Area - A parcel which may include water bodies and
<br />incidental buildings thereto used or intended for active or
<br />passive recreation, including, but not limited to, parks, play-
<br />grounds, golf courses, hunting preserves, polo grounds, nature
<br />trails, bridle paths, beaches, campsites, ski and snowmobile
<br />trails, and canoe routes, provided that parcels on which there are
<br />located stadiums, arenas, bowling alleys, swimming pools, and
<br />other recreational activities conducted primarily in structures
<br />are not recreation areas.
<br />(112) Recreational Vehicle - A vehicular type portable structure
<br />without permanent foundation, which can be towed, hauled or
<br />driven and primarily designed as temporary living accommoda-
<br />tion for recreational, camping and travel use and including but
<br />not limited to travel trailers, truck campers, camping trailers
<br />and self-propelled motor homes.
<br />(113) Relative - Father, mother, brother, sister, son, daughter, son-in-
<br />law or daughter-in-law.
<br />(114) Restaurant - An establishment where food and drink is prepared,
<br />served and consumed primarily within the principal building.
<br />(115) Restrictive Covenant - A restriction on the use of land usually
<br />set forth in the deed.
<br />(116) Retail Services - Establishments providing services or entertain-
<br />ment, as opposed to products, to the general public, including
<br />eating and drinking places, hotels and motels, finance, real
<br />estate and insurance, personal services, motion pictures, amuse-
<br />ment and recreation services, health, educational and social
<br />services, museums and galleries.
<br />(117) Sanitary Land Fill - A site for solid waste disposal.
