(ii) The parcel on which the dwelling unit is located must <br />have at least 100 feet of frontage along a road which <br />was in use before the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />(iii) The driveway serving the parcel shall be separated <br />from adjacent driveways on the same side of the road <br />by the following distances depending upon road types. <br />(a) Local road: 100 feet <br />(b) Collector road: 300 feet <br />(c) Minor arterial: 500 feet <br />(d) Minimum distance from intersection of two or <br />more of the above: 100 feet <br />(iv) The dwelling shall be separated at least 500 feet from <br />the nearest farm building. <br />(G) Historic sites <br />(5) Permitted Accessory Uses and Structures. The following acces- <br />sory uses and structures shall be permitted. <br />(A) Uses and structures which are customarily accessory and <br />clearly incidental and subordinate to permitted uses and <br />structures, including: <br />(i) Private garages <br />(ii) Playhouses, swimming pools and storage buildings <br />appurtenant to single-family dwellings <br />(iii) Landscaping items <br />(6) Conditional Uses. The following are conditional uses in the <br />Agriculture Preservation District and may be approved provided <br />that the provisions and requirements of Section 1005.05 Subd. 5 <br />(Conditional Use Permits) of this Ordinance are fulfilled and <br />Certificate of Occupancy as provided by 1005.05 Subd. 6. <br />(A) Outdoor recreation areas <br />(B) Churches, cemeteries, airports, schools, local government <br />buildings and facilities and government owned facilities for <br />the maintenance of roads and highways <br />(C) A second farm dwelling in the quarter quarter section <br />containing the farm dwelling, provided that it meets the <br />requirements of Section (4) (F) of this subdivision. <br />(D) Agricultural service establishments primarily engaged in <br />performing agricultural animal husbandry or horticultural <br />services on a fee or contract basis including corn shelling; <br />hay bailing and thrashing, sorting, grading and packing fruits <br />and vegetables for the grower; agricultural produce milling <br />
