(12) Indoor Storage Space. A minimum of one hundred twenty (120) <br />cubic feet of miscellaneous storage space shall be made available <br />for each dwelling unit within the same building as such dwelling <br />unit is located. Such storage shall be in addition to the normal <br />closet space that is in the dweling unit; however, it may be in the <br />dwelling unit itself and so identified. <br />(13) Sanitary Sewer. No multiple dwelling shall be built unless served <br />by sanitary sewer. <br />(14) Permitted Uses. In all multiple -family districts unless otherwise <br />provided in this code, no building or land shall hereafter be <br />erected, or structurally altered except for one or more of the <br />following uses. Also, all appropriate regulations and standards in <br />Section 1005.05 Subd. 4 (Site and Building Plan Review) and Subd. <br />6 (Certificate of Occupancy) must be satisfied. <br />(A) Two-family dwellings <br />(B) Multiple dwellings containing eight units or less <br />(C) Clubs, lodges, fraternity and sorority houses which do not <br />offer public accommodations <br />(D) Public parks, playground <br />(E) Golf courses <br />(F) Churches <br />(G) Schools, public and parochial <br />(15) Conditional Uses. The following uses pursuant to Conditional Use <br />Permit granted by the City Council on application and hearing as <br />provided in this code, and Certificate of Occupancy as provided <br />by 1005.05 Subd. 6. <br />(A) All conditional uses listed in the R-1 District <br />(B) Philanthropic and charitable institutions <br />(C) Nursing homes <br />(D) Hospitals <br />(E) Nursery schools <br />(F) Funeral homes <br />(G) Business in multiple dwelling structures shall be limited to <br />such business use as the Council may authorize at the time <br />of approval of construction plans and specifications. <br />(H) Agricultural use <br />
