alternative, the subdivider may be allowed to contribute an <br />amount in cash equivalent to the market value of the land <br />required to be dedicated by the subdivision. <br />(13) Parking and Street Standards. <br />(A) Each dwelling unit shall h e a concrete or asphalt paved <br />off-street parking area for two (2) vehicles. Such parking <br />area shall not be less than ten (10) feet from any street <br />right-of-way, - _t,,. • .,env cttgaim, <br />(B) Streets in this district shall have a right-of-way width of not <br />less than fifty (50) feet, and a roadway width not less than <br />thirty-two (32) feet. <br />(14) Parkland Dedication. Each manufactured housing development in <br />the city shall hereafter dedicate to the city for park and <br />recreation purposes an area equal to 10 percent of the total <br />proposed area to be subdivided. Such area shall consist of <br />developable and usable land. As an alternative, the city may <br />require the development to contribute an amount in cash equiva- <br />lent to the market value of the land required to be dedicated by <br />the subdivision. <br />85 <br />
