Community Development 94 <br />Director Grochala reviewed work underway to partner with the YMCA on a non-95 <br />electronic sign that will be more modern and serve as a gateway to the civic property. 96 <br />Mayor Reinert noted his continued interest in having welcoming signs at entrances to the 97 <br />City. 98 <br /> 99 <br />Finance Director Cotton indicated that she will report at the next budget discussion with 100 <br />information on the current year’s finances. 101 <br /> 102 <br />Council Member Maher remarked that, looking at current expenditures in funds in 2019, 103 <br />it looks as if many are well below the half way mark that would seem appropriate for this 104 <br />time of year.
