COUNCIL MINUTES
DRAFT
4
Mayor Reinert remarked that, after hearing comments, he’s leaning toward approving the use, 126
understanding it is just for this year. The Waldoch operation is great for the city and it’s good to be 127
helpful without infringing on other property owners. 128
Council Member Maher thanked those residents who came to address the council; the input is very 129
helpful. 130
Council Member Stoesz moved to approve Resolution No. 19-120 with the understanding that the 131
conditions listed in the staff report are included. Council Member Maher seconded the motion. 132
Motion carried on a voice vote. 133
3B) Consider Approval of Resolution No. 19-127, Issuance of an On-Sale and Sunday Sales 134
Liquor License for Campanelle Restaurant & Bar – City Clerk Bartell announced that a new 135
restaurant, Campenelle’s, is planning to open in Lino Lakes and the owner has applied for an On-136
Sale, with Sunday Sales, liquor license.
