The projects will carry over into <br />2020. <br /> <br />On October 11, 2019 the Developer submitted a packet of partial bids which he requested be <br />considered for completing the work. The information submitted is not equivalent or a complete set <br />of bids. Rather the Developer mixes and matches line item components from several different <br />contractors. <br /> <br />For example the open space plantings for trees included an order form for different types of trees <br />available from Gertens dated August 22, 2019. The list of trees includes some species which are <br />not consistent the landscape plan. Additionally the prices do not include installation. The <br />Developer provides two additional quotes for installation. One is an hourly quote and the other is <br />a line item which is part of restoration proposal.
