Ms. Katie Larsen <br />03/04/2020 <br />Page 4 <br />• Stormwater Maintenance Agreement <br />The stormwater maintenance for public facilities will be covered under the City's <br />Programmatic Stormwater Management Agreement including storm sewer systems, and <br />Ponds 100, 200, 300, 400 and 20 after the facilities are have been installed and accepted by <br />the City. <br />A recorded stormwater declaration is required for the private facilities in the townhome area. <br />The current declarations include additional facilities that in the future will be covered by the <br />City's Programmatic agreement in the future. <br />• Permits Required <br />1. NPDES General Construction Permit <br />2. City of Lino Lakes Zoning Permit for Construction <br />3. Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Sanitary Sewer Extension Permit <br />4. Minnesota Department of Health <br />5. Rice Creek Watershed District Permit <br />6. Copy of CLOMR application submission <br />7.
