The multi -storied complex has varying heights that tier from the 2-story skilled care wing to the 3-story assisted -living wing to the 4-story independent living wing. Decorative parapets accent the rooflines. In order to achieve desired 9 ft ceilings, the building height (top of wall) has increased 3 ft 6in in the independent living wing. The parapet heights were decreased. The finished floor elevation (FFE) of the first floor (Level 1) is 910.5 EL and that has not changed. The 4 story building height (top of wall) is 46' 6" plus 2' 6" parapet equals 49' 0".
