The applicant is proposing to <br />CO subdivide the property and keep the existing home on one of the lots. This subdivision is subsequent to <br />00 the West Shadow Lake Drive reconstruction project and re -zoning to R1-X where municipal sewer and <br />N water were extended to serve the site. The property is located along Reshanau Lake and within the <br />Shoreland Management District. The property has existing wetlands and floodplain on site. Reshanau <br />Lake has an ordinary high water elevation of 883.7 and a base flood elevation of 887.0. <br />Comments <br />z 2.
