There are no <br />known easements on adjacent properties. <br />Comments: <br />1. Per City Code, applicant to update the drainage and utility easements along the east <br />property lines of Lots 1 and 2 and along the south property line of Lot 2 to 10-ft wide. <br />• Development Agreement <br />A Development Agreement will be required with the final plat. <br />• Grading Agreement <br />A Grading Agreement is not applicable at this time. <br />• Stormwater Maintenance Agreement <br />A Stormwater Maintenance Agreement is not applicable at this time. <br />• Permits Required <br />1.
