7) AVAILABILITY PAY: The monthly stipend increases by any annual wage adjustment; <br />therefore, Sergeants will be provided a monthly stipend of $127.36 in 2021 and $130.23 <br />in 2022. <br />8) POST RETIREMENT HEALTH SAVINGS PLAN: Clarifying language added noting <br />that years of service is calculated based on years of service to the City of Lino Lakes. <br />9) FIREFIGHTER STIPEND: Increases to $1.51 per hour in 2021 and $1.54 in 2022. <br />Thereafter, increases will be equivalent to the annual wage increase. <br />10) PERSONAL TIME OFF: New Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) allowing the City to <br />offer new Sergeants the choice to elect vacation/sick leave or PTO/extended illness leave <br />pursuant to the City's personnel policy. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14t" day of December 2020. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Lyden L and was duly seconded by Council Member Ruhland _ and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof. <br />Stoesz, Ruhland, Lyden, Cavegn, Rafferty <br />The following voted against same: <br />None <br />fferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julia e Bartell, City Cl rk <br />
