Marty <br /> stated yes, but it will depends on the raw land value, and total <br /> purchase price less the sale of two houses. <br /> Marty recommended to the board that they accept the park <br /> dedication for this development in the form of cash payment, to <br /> be verified by the project engineer for compliance to our <br /> dedication formula. <br /> NOTION: After further discussion Ken Johnson made a motion to <br /> accept park dedication of cash for the Woods of Baldwin Lake II <br /> Subdivision in accordance with the dedication formula. Rice Lake Estates: George said he talked to Jim Keinath and <br /> he says that the city is not dragging their feet but the city <br /> attorney is. Marshall Dahl told George that he will help work <br /> ^ this out and get the wheels turning. Marty explained that Kate <br /> Drewry has been out to look at the lots and it was determined <br /> that only one lot could be built on. Marty has received a letter <br /> from Pete Kluegel, Lino Lakes Building Inspector, stating that <br /> the project was not done and it was still possible to build <br /> houses. George mentioned that he would meet with Marty on this <br /> issue. <br /> Ken asked about the letter he had received from the Circle Pines <br /> Park Board inviting the Lino Lakes Park Board to their board <br /> meeting on September 12 . Marty knew nothing about this meeting <br /> as he had not received a letter. There was confusion about why <br /> the Lino Lakes Park Board had been invited and what they were <br /> going to discuss at the meeting. Marty will make contact with <br /> the City of Circle Pines to see what the agenda is and will <br /> report back to the board members. <br /> B. Wood of Baldwin Lake Mini Park: Marty reported that the he <br /> had a contractor come into the park to clear the land and mulch <br /> the brush. He stated that the machine had encroached on one <br /> residents property but the city would put up snow fence and they <br /> would do some planting next spring to replace the brush that had <br /> been damaged. Joe said he had talked to a couple of people from <br /> the area and they are very happy with the work that has been done <br /> so far. Marty then explained that on September 24, 8am to <br /> approximately 4pm, there was going to be a playground raising. <br /> 2 <br />
