DEFAULT <br /> Section 1. Defined; Notice; Legal Action. It shall <br /> be a default under this Agreement if a party shall fail to <br /> make any payment required by this Agreement by the date that' <br /> the payment is due, or if any party should fail to observe or <br /> perform any obligations, agreement or convenant on its part <br /> for a period of thirty (30) days after receipt of written <br /> notice from the other party specifying the default and <br /> requesting that it be remedied. In the event a default has <br /> happened or is existing, the other parties may take whatever <br /> action at law in equity that may appear necessary and <br /> appropriate to collect the amounts due and thereafter to <br /> become due, or to enforce performance and observation of any <br /> obligation, agreement or covenant of the other party under <br /> this Agreement. <br /> ARTICLE VII <br /> DISPUTE RESOLUTION <br /> Section 1. Dispute Process. <br /> A. Dispute Process. When any member municipality <br /> feels that there is a misinterpretation or a violation of the <br /> specific terms and conditions of this agreement. They may <br /> initiate the dispute resolution process by submitting a <br /> written statement outlining the dispute or disagreement. <br /> This written statement of dispute shall be forwarded to the <br /> Committee at its next regular or special meeting. The <br /> Committee will then have a six (6) month period to resolve <br /> the dispute as to interpretation or application of the terms <br /> Page 18 <br />
