PARK BOARD MEETING SEPTEMBER 7, 1988 <br /> After discussing this Chairman Ray Johnson suggested Mr. <br /> Crohn attend the October Park Board Meeting and give the <br /> Park Board his recommended park proposal in Wildwood <br /> Estates. At that time Park Board will review his proposal <br /> and take it into consideration. <br /> FINAL PARK PLANS/SOUTH RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES: GARY UHDE <br /> Gary made several revisions in his plat , widening the <br /> roadway by 6' to make a trail system, and making three road <br /> accesses to the park. He also added a 1 . 3 acre parcel that <br /> would be available for park dedication, he would also add a <br /> 8' wood chip trail . After discussion a motion was made: <br /> MOTION: George Lindy recommends to Council to accept the <br /> plan as drawn with these changes: <br /> 1 . Eliminating the walkway on the West boundry of the <br /> subdivision. <br /> 2. Surfacing all walkways with 4" of class 2 or 5 Lime- <br /> stone aggregate The walkways are to be constructed <br /> to city standards, with the exception of a Bituminous <br /> surface. <br /> 3. Section of walkways extending between residential lots <br /> to have a bituminous surface applied as soon as possible <br /> by the City continguously with streets. The remaining <br /> sections to have bituminous included in specifications <br /> for Phase III of South Reshanau Lake Estates Sub- <br /> division. <br /> 4. Delete walkway on proposed roadway in Phase III for <br /> Park Dedication requirements . <br /> 5. All lands falling within the 100 year water occurence, <br /> to be removed from City Park Dedication and ownership. <br /> John Bauman 2nd the motion and the motion was carried <br /> unamimously. <br /> PARK DEDICATION/WOODRIDGE ESTATES - Rick Carlson <br /> Our Landscape Design Architect is designing a walkway and <br /> park system for the southwest corner of the City to include <br /> section 31 . <br /> n <br /> Page 2 <br />
